RENEWAL ACTION REQUIRED
The 2018 Membership Renewal Process began 10/1/17. Members with email addresses receive their renewal forms as email attachments. If you do not have an email address, your form will arrive in the US Mail.
New this year is a third page containing a range use liability release form. This release form must be signed and returned with your renewal form. Failure to include both signed forms will result in your renewal being rejected and returned to you.
Please update your renewal form to reflect any changes. Cross out the old information and write in the new. Updated forms & dues payment (check only) are to be mailed to the club’s PO box or handed to any member of the Membership Committee.
Check to confirm that your NRA membership is current for 2018. If it is shown as expiring in 2017, you will need to include a copy of your NRA card or renewal receipt showing an expiration date of 2018 or later. Failure to do so will result in your renewal form being returned to you.
If you have not received your renewal form by OCTOBER 15, 2017, contact the membership chairperson, Bill Zide, at firstname.lastname@example.org or 732-208-0308.
Signed renewal and range liability release forms must be received by the Membership Committee no later than December 31, 2017 – without exception. If not received by that date, your membership automatically terminates Jan 1, 2018.
Appeals for reinstatement must be submitted in writing to the Trustee Chairperson and sent to the club’s PO box. The last day for submitting appeals is Feb 1, 2018. There is a $100 restoration charge if your appeal is accepted by the Trustees.
