The 2019 Membership Renewal Process is in Progress

The 2019 membership renewal process is changing for club members with email addresses. We are introducing on-line access to your membership renewal form via the club’s website.

If you do not have an email address on file, you will be receiving your renewal and liability waiver forms via US mail as in prior years.

If you have an email address, in early October you will be receiving a special one-time email with your personal login and password. You will need to save this personal login/password information for future use. Using this personal login/password, you will login to the “Membership Renewal” tab under the “Members Only” section of the club’s website to view and download your 2019 personalized renewal form.

Access to your renewal form will be available from 10/1/18-12/31/18. Your personal renewal form will be removed from the web site on 1/1/19.

If you miss the deadline for submitting your renewal form, your membership will officially terminate on 1/1/19.  You may petition the Trustees for reinstatement by submitting your appeal in writing to the Trustee Chairperson (Tom Evans) and sending it to Bill Zide, 31 Mineral Springs Lane, Tinton Falls, NJ 07724. The last day for submitting appeals is Feb 1, 2019.

There is a $100 reinstatement fee for first time offenders. The reinstatement fee increases to $200 for second time offenders. There is no reinstatement for third time offenders. Third time offenders must submit a new membership application and their name will be placed on the club’s waiting list.

Members will be notified of the new gate code & website password when issued their new Membership card at each club meeting beginning in Jan through the end of March. If you provide a SASE to receive your 2019 ID badge, the new gate code & website password will be included with your ID badge. After the March meeting, the only way to obtain your 2019 membership badge and the code will be by US mail.

The gate code will change on Feb 1, 2019.
